1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spark Global Logistics interface, API, or physical shipping services, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein. These terms apply to all interactions with RK Spark platforms and services.

2. User Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted through Spark systems, including but not limited to:

• Precise weight and dimension declarations.
• Compliance with international customs and hazardous materials regulations.
• Maintenance of account security and API credentials.

3. Shipping Policies

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by force majeure events including severe weather, labor strikes, and customs inspections. Spark will communicate material delays through the tracking interface whenever reasonably possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark's liability for any claim arising from logistics services is limited to the service fees paid for the affected shipment, excluding consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
